DESTINATION: Veterans Section at Citizens Cemetery, Flagstaff, Az.
Gravesite service conducted for immediate family only at 12:00noon. Thereafter, visitors may pay their respect immediately following services will be conducted in accordance with CDC and Navajo Nation Covid-19 guidelines to protect friends and family. Thank you for understanding and cooperating.
PR3 Stephen Billy was 42 years old, served 4 years in the US Navy from 1996-2000. He was an aircrew survival equipmentman. He was the father of five children, 4 daughters and one son. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
