US Army PFC Jess A. Fowler enlisted on November 9, 1945, was a WWII veteran in airborne paratrooper, went to Sendai Miyagi, Japan. Fowler was very kind person and he fought for his country with honor. He flew with the sacred wind in the sky. He traveled over holy waters to defend our homeland. Through all his travels before, during and after his service, he served his country with guts and faith.
