GALLUP, NM – The family of Eddie Sandoval humbly request an honor escort for their soldier on February 19, 2019 Tuesday.

Specialist 5th Class, Eddie Sandoval was enlisted for 3 years in the US Army. He served two tours in Vietnam from June 1969-November 1971. Last tour with C Company 723rd Maintenance Battalion, Americal 23rd Division in Chu Lai, Republic of Vietnam. His MOS was Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic and Awards included the ARCOM with Oak Leaf Cluster, National Defense, Vietnam Service and Vietnam Campaign (with 60 device) medals. He was honorably discharged in 1971.
Eddie was married to Lois Sandoval, Cowan Sandoval and Hurbina Sandoval. He will be preceded in death with his son Cowan Sandoval.
Eddie is originally from Rincon Marquez, NM but made a life for his family in Crownpoint, NM. He is retired and spent most of his working for US Government. He was dedicated husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He was very kind, very friendly and outspoken man. He will be greatly missed.
