US Army SPC Jimmy Gould graduated from Haskell High School in Lawrence Kansas. He enlisted into the United States Army 1965. He was stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina and he did a tour in Germany. He was Honorably Discharged in 1967. While in the Army, he received a medal for being an expert (rifle-M14) as well as a National Defense Service Medal. Upon his discharge, he worked with the Bureau of Indian Affairs for 32 and a half years. His assignment was at Kinlichee Boarding School and Hunter’s Point Boarding School. He was also a basketball coach for many years during his employment. He was survived by his wife Louise Gould, his son Jeffery, daughters Rhonda and Serafina and was preceded by his son Randall.
