Funeral escort for US Army CPL Thomas Lynch Jr on 8/4

GALLUP, NM – The family of US Army CPL Thomas Lynch Jr. is humbly requesting a funeral escort on Wednesday August 4, 2021.
STAGING: 9:30am Cope Mortuary, Gallup, Nm
KSU: 10:00 am
DESTINATION: Ft. Defiance Veterans Cemetery, gravesite service at 11am.
US Army CPL Thomas Lynch Jr, 98, served honorably in the United States Army from May 1943 to December 1945 with the 42nd Rainbow Division and became a Prisoner of War in Germany during World War II. After his military service, he was a realty specialist with the Bureau of Indian Affairs for 35 years in Window Rock, Az.
He was a devoted husband of 69 years to Helen (Oliver) Lynch, father to two daughters Veronica (Lynch) Montoya and Karen Lynch, and grandfather to Teresa Montoya. He is survived by siblings John Lynch, Maryeona Watman, and Grace Monarco. He joins his siblings Robert (Bobby) Lynch, Edward (Ed) Lynch, Freddy Lynch, Patrick (Pat) Lynch, Steve Lynch, and William (Bill) Lynch in the afterlife.
