Kelroy was a graduate of Tuba City High School (“Once a Warrior\, always a Warrior”) and joined the military after high school. He worked as a Journeyman\, Pipefiter and Welder. He passed on July 4\, 2023 in Glendale\, Arizona. He is the son of Shirley Barlow and JT Barlow of Tuba City\, Arizona.
